we are grill fanatics here.

especially in the summer. it’s just so easy to be outside and get it all done.
last night, the boy cousins came over and took my kid to our pool so we had plenty of time to finally clean up the house a bit and made a meal and sat down to eat it while it was actually hot. this rarely happens…

it was simple,
but we were happy with it!

spicy ranch sliders

1 pound ground beef
1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning {or 1-2 tbs}
pepperjack cheese
lettuce
tomato
bacon {if you want it}
ranch dressing
tapatio hot sauce
hawaiian sweet rolls

what to do:

mix up the ground beef with your ranch seasoning. we buy it in the large shaker, so i just eyeballed it, but in the past with turkey burgers….etc., we use one whole packet per lb. make up your patties to slightly larger than the size of your rolls and grill on high heat for a few minutes each side. cover with any burger fixins you like, but the dressing is ranch with tapitio added to taste. {if you like heat, add more…etc.} spread on there and hold in place with toothpicks. we served ours with sweet potato fries and everyone loved them. “our” recipe for homemade sweet potato fries is here.

Note: Makes about 6 sliders and adults usually eat 2.
