Easy Broccoli Salad to CRAVE
My sister in law whipped up this recipe for Easter to take to her OTHER dinner party, and we were all so jealous! Have you ever dug into a side dish, especially one that is so full of veggies and thought, “Wow. I’m eating a broccoli salad. And I will crave this tomorrow!” That’s how I feel about broccoli salad. I forget about how much I love it until I have it again. I really need to make this more often!
The original recipe called for just one head of broccoli, but my sister in law used two. I think it is a good call. Lots of veggies make this salad so bright and beautiful and so refreshing, especially when along side a flavorful protein like BBQ chicken or BBQ pork!
