technically,
we are 3 months down

i skipped the kumquat and the fig weeks
and jumped straight to the cute one:

my baby is a lime.

we have been having fun with friends
and all the peeps in church.

they love that we are “new parents” since everyone else has kids.
we feel like missionaries or something cause we have had dinner with so many cute couples.
most of them are the age of our parents and they just like having people at home-
we have no problem doing that.

everyone asks how i’m feeling and i almost feel guilty admitting
that i feel great!
sure i have my days of fatigue,
and i have my moments of depression cause i am already having wardrobe malfunctions.

in general, i am loving the time to read up on my baby mama advice.

you: having a baby
this one is doctor oz.
he explains how the body works and all of the
anatomy and processes behind what is going on in my body.
proof that our bodies are truly beautifully created.

my favorite book so far is this incredibly helpful one:
becoming babywise is more about the philosophy behind
how to get your baby on a schedule
and the need for a family-centered home rather than a baby-centered home.

babies that sleep through the night and that are content round the clock have more to do with mom’s ability to keep them on a schedule with feedings and sleep
so the baby and mom can depend on a schedule that is also flexible.
its nice to understand the debate between the differing styles

i have been 5 for 5 this week on my yoga action too:
i got this one from netflix and i quite enjoy it.

oh how i wish the little bean would hurry !
