i got a text from my bride earlier in the week,
“what will we do if it rains…?”
“buy umbrellas and boots and roll with it. why?
what were you worried about?”
i assured them it wouldn’t rain.
it was hot and sunny all week…
turns out it HAILED all morning,
and cleared up for the moment they walked out of the wedding,
then continued to HAIL again just as soon as we got in the car.
i’m talking, sonic-sized hail. from satan.
{obviously as a joke, cause obviously it didn’t ruin this parade…}
what luck, right?
i found these boots and umbrella for my bride at joanns of all places,
{cause arizona doesn’t keep rain gear close, ya know…}
and while driving around that morning found some golden places to shoot.
what a crazy and fun, and memorable day!
this girl lost her ring the day before,
was married with her mom’s ring…
i had my camera in a ziploc bag for half the day,
the boys had these gorgeous, yet paper buttoneers…
…and then it hailed.
then rained,
then cleared up again for the party.
it was perfect.
