This has been a busy week over here.
But that’s just it. WHY are we all SO BUSY!
It’s getting intense, this busyness, and in the back of mind I keep saying, “I am working so hard so that some day I won’t have to!” But in reality, I work hard, and that means I’ll likely just be working harder later…
I will say that this month has been a turning point for me. I can feel some of my hard work paying off finally, and it is definitely motivating me to keep working hard.
My four year old comes over to sit with me while I work and helps me package and ship and every time we seal up a package {for Color Me}, he asks, “who is this one for, mom?” and I tell him: “An amazing mama.” I don’t know you ladies, but you are inspiring me to keep going. I want you to wear the clothes we make and love them, and hopefully you dress up on a day that makes you feel crappy and you feel a little better and make crap happen in your life. I didn’t realize how much a good outfit affected my productivity or attitude until I started paying more attention to my wardrobe this last year, but it makes all the difference for me!
