last night we threw a pretty awesome dinner party with some friends. i will share all the fun details with you soon about what we did and why it was so fun soon, but for now just know that it involved s’mores of all kinds.
so i was stoked to try these…
i wanted to take my super yummy already perfect from-stratch brownie recipe, that my girlfriend gave me this year, and make em into s’mores of naughtiness… it was bliss.
so i just added chunks of grahams to my brownies which were already busting with melty chocolate, and roasted mallows on top… oh my… the only trouble is that these cook funny, so know your oven! I had to pop mine back in covered with foil to let them finish cooking in the center without over-roasting my marshmallows. they are the perfect amount of gooey and chocolate and hint of graham cracker and melty mallows… oh my.
