saw this one a few weeks ago and saved it for a day i knew we would need it.
we’ve made fajitas lots here, but usually just poured in some random seasonings and did it on the grill or on the skillet.
yes, those are very good and you almost can’t beat the flavor of the grilled chicken.
this one was great though because we could just throw it all in and get other things done for a few minutes. and since i was having a {my body hurts and i need to lay down a minute}, cc did this one without me. {i dictated from the couch…}
and, call me crazy, but i really liked the way the veggies stayed a little crunchy.
they still had some veggie flavor since we didn’t cook em to oblivion first.
the seasoning is perfect too- i might just mix up some of the seasoning in a bag to keep for future throw-together meals. so yumtown! even boss man ate up a whole one with a huge silly grin on his face!
