if you are watching your figure, and really like pizza… it’s basically a no brainer.

i finished whole30 about a week ago. it was awesome and really gave me a reset that i needed to eat healthier again.

i don’t crave sugar or even carbs in the same way. and if i find that i do, i just eat like i’m on whole30 for a day or two and i’m back.

now that we are doing dairy again i can have one of our favorite go-to dinners that we love to make at our house…

it’s a nice way to jazz up some chicken and feel like you’re eating pizza without the guilt and carbs and sugar crash after. 😉
