my favorite thing about shooting a wedding is getting to know the cute couple.
it is, after all, their day, and they hired me to be there for all of it,
but i love making friends, and i love a good story…
and since cc and i were able to shoot this one together,
there was lots of love and memories…

jeff & annie met in line for a ride at an amusement park
on new year’s eve.
on new year’s eve.
{a fun “meet cute”, right?}
when i heard that, we started getting pretty excited about our possibilities
for where to shoot her bridals…
for where to shoot her bridals…
as luck would have it, one of these carnivals
{we always called em a “ghetto fair” since they can set up anywhere…}
was setting up the day we shot,
and they let us come roam the place that afternoon, the night before they opened,
without a soul there.
cc and i were little photo nerds, loving on the colors, the lights, the sunset… it was perfect.
but that wasn’t until after we roamed the new LDS temple in gilbert, az. the architecture on this place is incredible, and i hadn’t shot there yet, or seen any other weddings there,
so i was loving the chance to look at it with new eyes on a blustery day with this adorable couple…
i love shooting at 2 locations for bridals.
i think there is something special about capturing your wedding day and capturing your story.
in this case, jeff & annie will have images of the place they were married,
which is very important to them,
but also some fun, bright, and colorful images to remember how it all started…
and a few from the wedding and reception…
thanks jeff & annie for letting us be a part of your day!
