this week seemed long.
much longer than necessary.
so this weekend, was more insta than i wanted…
saturday i took my favorite aunt to get her nails donw for her birthday.
she hadn’t ever done the gel nail thing,
so i enforced the manicure too.
{ps, this also worked out nicely for me.
cc couldn’t argue at all.

she told me to go dark purple, for halloween, and cause it’s so hot right now.

fall darks, here I come.
it’s been my happy thought all day since this day is already too long,
and not going to get better until it’s over.
this weekend, we had a lazy date-in,
take-out, homemade dessert,
and “what to expect when you’re expecting.”
{no, i’m not.}
and saturday went to get flu shots and milkshakes with boss.
and even after the mani/pedi & coming home to my cute boys
{and a huge bouquet of lillies}
i decided that the outing for 9am milkshakes was still my favorite part of the day.
