the theme for this week,
the final week, 52/52 weeks, is time.

i will admit, part of me thought, “it’s about time!”
cause some weeks were more challenging on my creative juices…

but then, as i thought about time all week,
i just thought about how mine is fading away…
and i have been emotional and sentimental about it all week long…

i am losing time every day with this little guy i love so much.
every day he learns something new, or says a new word, and even today when i found clothes for a toddler, my heart sank. and 2 is approaching.

i don’t have a toddler. i have a baby.
and my baby he will always be.

stop growing up.
why?
cause mom said so.

to see all of my past foto friday submissions go here.
some of my favorites were:
a big thank you to the girls who have come along with me on
this year-long master class!
you girls inspire me to learn more and to push myself.
some seriously creative things came out of you and i have been super impressed!

it’s been so fun to learn new things, practice, and get to know each other via our separate lenses and corners of the country!  as i was posting this and looking through to find my favorites, i realized how few of my photos i actually really love. that being mostly because i have improved a lot over the last year, so some of the photos i look at and cringe, because i know wish i could do it again…

so we are!

2nd round of foto friday coming soon!

we wont start for a while so we will have time to plan and get things going,
but i will post the theme list in enough time for those who want to participate to work ahead and have your posts ready each week.  it will be a linky party so anyone with a camera can jump in whenever and opt out of any you choose.

obviously any level of photographer is invited to participate, and the only guidelines will be that the post is taken with a non-phone camera {unless a week designated for phone fotos} and the photo{s} must fit within the theme. otherwise, anything will go, as long as the photo is the focus.  it’s an excuse to practice and improve, oh and fun. it will be fun.

let me know if you have any questions or theme suggestions as we are going to start planning soon!
