i freaking love the fall.
i love winter, and thanksgiving and christmas.
{i mean, have you ever heard anyone, other than Scrooge, say otherwise?}

but one of my fave things to do ever is concoct a little hot something,
curl up with a blankie, and put my freezing cold feet up on my husband’s…
drives him bonkers.

and then of course, put on a few good shows and cuddle..
i recommend Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Those and New Girl, might be my current favorites. {with plots. without, i got a whole nother list for you…}

a while back kernel seasons sent me a whole lotta seasonings to try out and a lot of popcorn.
{good thing i have an air popper- shabam, it’s perfect!}

i saw this caramel one and instantly tried to make the perfect drink.

i put it in my oatmeal too and it’s turbo naughty.
i mean of course they all taste great on popcorn as well too,
but there are just over 2 million and a half things i am sure you could do with them.
i tried out the whole add-cream-to-my-apple-cider thing, and don’t be afraid.
it totally works.

{creamy} caramel apple cider

1 package apple cider
1 Tbs caramel sunday sauce
1 tsp caramel seasoning
1 pinch of cinnamon
whipped cream

mix your apple cider as usual in hot water. drop 1/2-1 Tbs caramel sauce while hot and dissolve. shake in caramel seasoning to taste. added a small dash of extra cinnamon, then topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce. mixed together it’s like eating a creamy caramel apple right of the stick. if you’d like it creamier, add a hint of warm almond milk.

note: you could use a sugar free packet of apple cider and this would easily become a “skinny” drink as the sugar in the seasoning is pretty minimal.
