our family dynamic has changed quite a bit over a short period of time.
more people, more kids = less time together.
to maximize our moffat time, we had our christmas eve
on christmas eve eve.
phase 1: fun
we split up into teams
came up with a christmas tune,
and with access to cereal and other fine gems,
created christmas dioramas of joy…
phase 2: fotos.
we always try to get a family foto in,
with all the families
and the little ones.
its so fun to snap pictures of B now that every one
captures a completely different look
phase 3: g-ma gift/caroling
g-ma gave us our favorite cereal & a bowl as well as our shirts for the year:
“gimme some SNAPS” in honor of her new biz.
then we went out caroling, just to a few families,
and even though the last one wasn’t home,
we loved the acoustics of the doorway so we stood there and sang our entire set
and rocked out to a closed door.
that’s why i love this group.
best news of having christmas eve on the eve eve?
2 more days until christmas!
