Low Carb Pancakes That Are Fluffy, Keto Friendly, Have Just The Right Flavor, And Taste Like The Real Deal But are Guilt Free!

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4-1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia sweetener*


  1. Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl until no longer lumpy. You may use a hand mixer or even mix in a blender.

  2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Pour on a hot griddle or non stick skillet that has been buttered. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter to make each pancake. Once bubbles start to form, flip the pancake and cook for another minute or so on the other side before removing from the heat.

  3. Top with butter and Walden's No Carb Syrup and eat!
