Mango Piña Colada Smoothie

This Piña Colada Smoothie is so yummy and with a mango kick, it's even better. Non-alcoholic and refreshing, perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 5 oz coconut Greek yogurt {we used coconut vanilla}
  • 4 oz frozen mangos in juice fruit cup
  • 1 tsp imitation rum extract
  • 2 TBs honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • optional: french vanilla whipped cream & maraschino cherry to top

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice last. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately!
