queso blanco chicken tacosFall is coming and that means fall tv and sports will be back! In our two families, especially here in Arizona, we have a few huge sports fans. We haven’t really had time up until now to spend on sports, but now that we are here and close to family, we have to opportunity to support our college teams and tailgate with our siblings and the kids. These Queso Blanco Chicken Tacos are a fun twist on a regular appetizer we like to make for football games and parties around the holidays. The Spinach Queso Blanco Dip is a recipe my husband and I perfected over a few tries {and a few fails} and it’s so flavorful and tasty.

These El Paso Taco Kits might be a new favorite too! The kits come with seasoning and sauce, so for a crock pot meal, it makes for super easy prep, and the chicken we made with it was so tasty!

My kids had fun building these tacos and actually the shape of these make it way easier for small hands to eat! The good stuff doesn’t fall out the sides like in a traditional taco! We also used the nacho cheese stand n stuff hard tacos because my kids love those too! I am such a fan of one and done meals and this is one that I will be adding to the meal plan often because it takes no time at all to prep!

The cheese dip is the “kick it up a notch when you have friends and family over for the game” part, and we all decided it elevates these tacos and makes them ridiculous!
