Little Black Dress, Dress Boots, and Who Wore it Best

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse. All opinions are 100% mine.

The perfect little black dress and the perfect booties to go with them. A sleek, one-and-done look I LOVE. little black dress booties assymetrical This little black dress I designed to wear to my brother’s wedding earlier this year. I wanted to look skinny and fabulous, and I needed something I could show up with and not stress about looking great in after a night of over-eating. {That happens you know.} little black dress booties assymetrical little black dress booties assymetrical little black dress booties assymetrical Then I got these perfect booties and I knew it was time to unleash the dress. I have to say, this is one of my favorite ways to wear both a little black dress AND dress boots: easy, sleek, and simple.

I don’t have to worry about anything looking fabulous and these shoes {Tammie boot by Zigi Soho} are like an accessory on their own because they come pre-blinged with the gold! With boots this fabulous, I think less is more with the rest of the outfit. A simple look, minimal jewelry, {some gold of course though!}, and a pop of color. I could have done more arm candy and even go with a thick leather cuff or something edgier. And then the hair and makeup are the real stars, well that and the human inside them, right?

I like the freedom that the dress AND the shoes afford. Basically, anytime I can count on an outfit coming together without thinking a ton, I am so happy. {The outfit basically planned itself!} Off Broadway shoes has lots of great boots for fall {dressy and non} and the pricing is perfect. I am making a wish list as we speak… shop dress boots at offbroadwayshoes.com You can look up on the website too to find your local store. Such a great dress! It would be great for work, happy hour, family party, date you name. It’s elegant and classy. It’s feminine without being overly girly and sexy without being too much! Love it

You just made my day! 😉 Thanks so much. I admit, most of why I like to shoot “fashion” is for the free kisses and documentation thereof. 😉

Or, do you want the freedom that features owning a house?
