I’ve been crushing on some of these totes and bags for summer….
Whenever I see a new awesome bag, I think, do I need ANOTHER rad bag to tote around? The answer is often, yes. I wish it wasn’t sometimes, but it is. And a fabulous bag can be the key to a great wardrobe sometimes, especially when it comes to summer style trends. Summer is about huge shades, over-sized graphic tees, pencil skirts, and a few great bags to cycle through to keep pool and beach gear handy. Cause really, you never know…
I regularly look for my favorites, so I have been pinning my handbags I love on my handbags board, and I noticed a GLARING trend in here… By looking at my wall of favorites here, apparently living near the beach gives me more of a boho/hippy style with pops of color. I have been very drawn to fringe, tassles, and ethnic prints mixed with leather lately. I just love the world traveler look that some of these bags shout. The irony of course is that I haven’t traveled much, but perhaps it’s my subconscious/very-loud-and-obvious desires…. 😉
So try it out… go bag shopping, pin a bunch that jump out at you, then go see what you pinned. Kind of a fun exercise to see what style you gravitate toward!
Here’s some of my favorites I found that may need to make it into my rotation soon:
I made sure to find some at every price point and some are from stores I wouldn’t have thought of. Enjoy!
